Frequently Asked Questions

What should my child wear?

Comfortable clothes your child can move around in and tennis shoes.

When should I check in?

We will be ready to accept kids starting at 9:40 am.

They will check them in, give you their shirt and bow. These do not have to be worn the day off, but can be!

Can I stay and watch?

We always recommend using these few hours as “free time” for you! Of course, you are welcome to stay, but we will have no seating as we have over 200+ kids registered. Also, you will get to watch a fun performance! At 12:15, we will start bringing you in to watch this show off and to meet your child cheerleaders/take photos!

What will the clinic be structured like?

They will be in 4 rotation groups separated by age.

We will be utilizing 3-4 gyms for this event to allow for each group to have a great time!

Each group, especially the younger ones, will have several cheerleaders, adults, and a coach to chaperone at all times. Safety is out biggest priority!

What should my child bring?

A water bottle with their name on it

Any special snack labeled with their name on it, if they have allergies or are picky!

What game are they performing at?

First quarter of OCTOBER 18th  , Varsity game!

– They will meet at the north gate at 6:30 to start check in.

-They will be separated by grade and will take up the entire sideline cheering!

– Each child will be given two wristbands at check in. One for the parent picking up, one for them.

They are separated by color (grade)

The parent who picks up the kid MUST have the matching band to their kid for safety reasons. We don’t want these kids just running off. Safety is so important to us! For safety, parents must drop off their kid on the field, but exit as soon as they are checked in with their cheerleader. KNOWING THEIR GROUP COLOR IS IMPORTANT and will make finding your cheerleader easy.

– They must wear their mini cheer shirt to get into the gate. Parents may not enter the field to watch or take photos. They must watch from the stands.

The mini cheerleaders in their shirt will be allowed in the stands. Parents must purchase tickets.

What do they wear to the game?

Black bottoms of any type or a cheer skirt if they wish.

Camp shirt

Poms

Tennis shoes

PLEASE BRING a water bottle with their name written on it (you can put a piece of tape or anything for your child to be able to find their wattle bottle out of 160+ bottles!!!

PLEASE AVOID SENDING YOUR CHILD WITH TOYS/DOLLS/EXTRA ITEMS as these get lost or fought over.

Can I change shirt sizes?

We cannot exchange sizes the day of clinic due to limited shirts. We will however make a note of the size you need and see if we have that size left over or could exchange it with another child in need.
